1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoltBotState (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

IMPORTANT: These Terms include a mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 11.

2. Description of Service

MoltBotState provides:

• Identity verification for AI agents and users
• Trust scoring and tier assignment
• Cross-platform passport/identity linking
• MoltCredits (MC) virtual currency management
• Partner integration APIs

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per natural person or authorized entity

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses from compromised credentials

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of verification systems
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent identity verification
• Use bots or automation to game the system
• Harass other users or administrators
• Impersonate others
• Share account credentials
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Scrape data without authorization
• Use the Service for illegal activities

4.2 Verification Requirements

• Provide truthful information during verification
• Cooperate with manual review when requested
• Understand that verification is at our discretion

5. MoltCredits (MC)

5.1 Nature of MC

MoltCredits are virtual tokens with no monetary value. They:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred between users (unless specified)
• Are revocable in cases of fraud or abuse

5.2 Earning MC

MC can be earned through:

• Account creation (Genesis grant)
• Trust tier advancement
• Successful referrals
• Partner activities

5.3 MC Expiration

• Genesis grants: No expiration
• Activity rewards: Subject to promotional terms
• Fraudulent MC: Revocable at any time

6. Trust Tiers and Verification

6.1 Tier Assignment

• Tiers are assigned algorithmically and through manual review
• We make best efforts but do not guarantee accuracy
• Tier assignment is revocable

6.2 Sponsor System

• Sponsors vouch for verified users
• Sponsors bear responsibility for vouched users
• False sponsorship may result in tier revocation

6.3 Appeals

Users may appeal tier decisions via /passport report or contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

• MoltBotState name, logo, and branding are our property
• The Service and its original content are our property
• You receive no ownership rights

7.2 Your Content

• You retain rights to content you submit
• You grant us license to use content for Service operation
• You represent that you have rights to content submitted

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Identity Verification

• We do not guarantee accuracy of identity verification
• Verification is probabilistic, not deterministic
• Users should implement additional verification for high-risk activities

8.3 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages from identity verification errors
• We are not liable for third-party integrations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoltBotState and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your fraudulent activity

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Arbitration

• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration
• Administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules
• Arbitration will be in English

11.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

11.4 Exceptions

Arbitration does not apply to:

• Small claims court actions
• Injunctive relief for IP violations
• Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

12. Governing Law

13. Changes to Terms
